Common questions.

Do I need design or writing experience?

None. Tell us what you do and we write your services, prices and documents for you. No forms to fill in, no formatting to wrestle with.

Can my clients pay me through Lumiist?

Yes. Turn on card payments once in Business settings and every invoice gets a Pay by card button, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. When your client pays, the invoice is marked paid and the receipt is ready to send. Prefer bank transfer, PayPal or cash? Your client page shows those too, copied in one tap. Stripe's standard card fee applies, plus a small Lumiist fee on Free and Starter (none on Growth).

Can I edit the documents?

Yes. Every document opens in the studio. Click any line to change it, pick from your services, adjust prices, VAT, discounts and deposits. Changes save as you go.

What does my client receive?

A link to their own page in your colours, with the document, a PDF copy and a place to message you. You see when they open it, approve it and pay.

How does pricing work?

Your brand passport, services catalogue and client management are free, with up to 5 documents. After that, Starter is £19 a month for 30 documents, or Growth is £39 a month for unlimited. Annual billing saves 20%, and you can pay in your own currency at checkout.

What if I don't have a logo yet?

Skip it. We build from your colours and fonts instead, and you can add a logo later.

Can I use Lumiist for more than one business?

Right now each account covers one business. Support for more than one is coming.
