To use certain features of the Service, you may need to provide information such as your email address or business details. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate.

Certain documents and features are available on a paid basis. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchased files, please contact us at info@lumiist.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Previewing documents is always free. Payment is required only to download your final PDF and Word files.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

You retain ownership of any content you upload or input into lumiist, including your logo, business name, and brand details. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your documents and operating the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe any third-party rights.
The documents generated by lumiist are produced using AI and are based on the inputs you provide. While we aim to produce high-quality, professional output, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee that generated documents will be suitable for any particular legal, commercial, or regulatory purpose without review and, where appropriate, professional advice.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the documents generated for your business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the underlying templates or generation system.
All intellectual property in the lumiist platform, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to Lumiist. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The "lumiist" name and associated marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Lumiist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
